We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. No, they are more subtle than that.
Cell phones and mundane life drown them out but every once in a while
they slip through. During coffee or a boring meeting one hears the notes and feels a desire for faraway places and things and then its back to the business of the day, back to the cell phone calls.
Only artists can hold but only briefly the songs and try to commit them to art, so maybe the rest of us can catch a glimpse of where the songs come from.
